Working out has been my habit for the last 5 months till now, if I stop for a week, I would feel sluggish and incomplete. The release of happy hormone after working out is making me free of all the stress and anxiety*which I become addicted to do it every week,3 to 4 times a week*
Somehow the grudge of certain people who had messed up our life had been retrieve*but too bad, you are now stranger to us,tidak mau pisang berbuah dua kali*.
My strength has develop tremendously, I have more muscle and feeling good about myself without having to compare with others.
The only thing that I regret, I should have start these long time ago..
