Sometimes I tend to forget what is important..

....and the top priority in my life,is my children.
And we thought being a fulltime housewife will make us always there for them?
My body said yes,but my thought would gone somewhere dreaming to chase another dream and regretting the past,not seeing what s in front of me..I can go on with this kind of attitude for days and most of my energy would drain wasted and it affected my children emotionally.
So I need to get back to my original quotes when I first started this blog,
Giving My Best to my babies:my time and energy and my all.Cherishing all the first thing of my children,priceless memories.To love and be loved,to heal and be healed,to grow and be fruitful.
Everytime I re read these,I have hope again to be a better mom to my children and better wife to my hubby.

The biggest achievement for 2012

I am back in shape and stronger than ever!
My weight doesn't drop too much but I had definitely lost 2 size down of my jeans size!!So weight is  actually just a number(do you know that muscle is heavier than fat?yet I still tempted to reduce for another 5kg). I definitely  would work on building more muscles since the more muscles you gain, the more energetic you are.

When my trainer(Drew), showed me the previous photo she took of me the first time I came(8 months ago),I actually was in denial when I looked at those photos.Did I look that fat last time???No way!

So I dig my photo earlier this year when I attended Stephanie and Erik's wedding.

         Yup!!There was my butt stuck out voluptuously!Among all the slim and gorgeous ex-UTM ladies!

I never know squatting would do wonder with your thigh!Squatting and flying lunges work-out,these two among the hardest and less preferable work out I liked to do but apparently those methods helped me to reduce the fat on those area.
Another thing that actually surprised me that my fat percentage actually had reduce from 34% to 27.9%!It showed that more muscles had been add in my tissues.

The final conclusion..
This is only the beginning  I would work harder and doing this as my daily habit.I cannot say no to exercise as it's already proven to lose weight(with a good balance of food without starving yourself) and another one is, it healed my depression and anxiety( I have on and off depression,well who does?haha)

      Seriously I love my new lifestyle,I had given up my craziness of buying fabulous  baby carriers and adorable baby cloth diapers just to save fund to feed my fitness program. I didn't expect to feel this strong and have muscles!!*FYI, woman will not gain bulky muscles like man do unless you drink body builder supplements or whatever it is if you wish to have a body builder bod!*

I am now can proudly shout to the world...I can do skipping nonstop for one minute then another one minute of toning work out with weight,suspension straps and kettlebell*just like the picture below* then continue another one minute of skipping and repeat..for 16-20(1 rep) minutes!..and the whole process repeated again at the 2nd rep. It was fun!I wanna do some more of the Thor circuit again!!

The feeling after the post work out is priceless!!*Knowing that you were able to do all the work out(esp the difficult one)*!It feels like I can run the world!Well except for the falling from the stairs part..I fell right after I was out from the door..It was painful!Probably I was overly excited after the work out:P.

New Habit..

Working out has been my habit for the last 5 months till now, if I stop for a week, I would feel sluggish and incomplete. The release of happy hormone after working out is making me free of all the stress and anxiety*which I become addicted to do it every week,3 to 4 times a week*
Somehow the grudge of certain people who had messed up our life had been retrieve*but too bad, you are now stranger to us,tidak mau pisang berbuah dua kali*.
My strength has develop tremendously, I have more muscle and feeling good about myself without having to compare with others.

The only thing that I regret, I should have start these long time ago..

Another KL Trip..

I have been MIA for weeks!Been busy as a bee taking care of my two precious.
Last month,we took some weeks off from home sweet home to join hubby for his two weeks business trip to KL.The longest trip we ever had so far, away from home.
Taking care of two kids while hubby away for work was not an easy task.Especially when we were staying in a hotel room and the only way to entertain Ava was either to walk at the park or went to the crowded shopping malls.*Thank God for the baby carrier I was able to look after Ava and Aza at the same time with less fuss and constraint*.

Our lil baby girl*which is not so little anymore*had her birthday during our stay there so we decided to give her a little surprise.

Early of the week during our stay at KL Aza was having slightly mild  fever,poor boy.

Ava got a surprise birthday gift from  papa and mama!yeayyy!

In the evening,We celebrated Ava's birthday along with our long time besties and our former wedding photographer Anderson and Jennifer.

and at the end of the evening, papa said a birthday prayer to Ava before she went to sleep.

As for my fitness schedule, I only able to make it for few times just to maintain my fitness level. 

Completed my cardio exercise and 1:30 mins of plank.
Cam-whoring inside the gym aerobic area.

Meeting up with hubby cousin Melvin and Nozie then hang out for the whole day.
This was an exception!I cannot say no to "ulam" vegies served with belacan!!!Thanks Nozie and Inon for cooking delicious home made dishes for us!!Please please come to Miri so that we can makan ramai-ramai macam ni again!!We really had a great time catching up stories and so on!

Back in the hotel,

I can't go inside the bathroom with Aza unless I let him took his "Jacuzzi" bath inside the wash basin,otherwise he would be screaming wanting to go in there.

Aza got so excited everytime playing inside his small jacuzzi.

My life saver*same as hubby too*,I can't imagine myself without babywearing gears whenever we are travelling.

Ava met a new friend from Egypt at the KLCC park, the adorable 2 years old Mariem and I got to know her gorgeous mother,Ayet.

At ISetan kids playroom.I usually went there before lunch hour so basically  it would be only Ava and Aza playing with the toys and not more than 5 kids around.

Aza daily routine in the hotel, secretly vandalize Ava 's toys and she need to re-arrange them again :P.

Mama desperately wanted to watch The Amazing Spiderman*and not patient enuf to wait Flo finished his working hour* so I brought along these two. Aza slept at my back after half of the movie which made me to    stand up till the end of the scene while Ava after had been warned by this mat salleh not to make noise, fell asleep on the chair 15 minutes before the lights on.By the time the movie end, I had to carried both of them out from the cinema.
Lesson  learned, don't bring more than one kids inside cinema unless if there are two person to take care of each or unless if you are watching movie for kids.*We were watching Brave the day before and both kids were so content,which I had a high confident to bring them*but without hubby* again on the next day*which lead me to stress and slight anxiety afterwards*.
*With all the loud fighting scenes and screaming, I was amazed on how they still manage to have some good nap  inside the cinema.(Probably tired of running around at the park before that and ate a huge bowl of popcorn!)*.

Another day of my losing weight program at home...

.....and a pic comparison after 4 months of hard sweats as a motivation for me to keep going.

It s been almost 2 weeks I self coach myself as I have been away from Miri for awhile.It is quite hard to keep going without someone to drag your butt until you are sweating and tired enough.Trying to stay focused to sink those tummy until down to 27"!

Morning Saturday Weekend Work Out ..

I started of my day with another group session work out with Drew and Leo.


Consist of 5 exercises for 5 sets each!

1. (Skipping-40sec, Burpee-20s ) x 5 sets

2. (Skipping - 40 s, Plank and hip abduction -20s) x 5 sets

3. (Skipping- 40 s, Sit Up - 20s) x 5 sets

4. (Skipping- 40 s, Squat -20s) x 5 sets.

5.(Skipping-40 s, Mountain climber - 20s) x 5 sets.

I was sweating all over(good sweat indeed)
 yet I felt so refresh!! *yayyy another day of successful on burning some lourve handles!!

When I arrived home, I switch back to "mummy mode" after half a day gone for work out and some groceries shopping.

Pre and Post Photos.

As I felt the work out becoming more challenging and the circuit intensity become higher,it is actually the diet and food intake control which challenge me the most on my journey towards healthy and looking good-self.
My temptation on food is uncontrollable. When I stressed out, I craved for cakes,Mc Donald, KFC, Pizza and etc..when Flo told me to take fruit instead all of the above..I wrinkled my forehead.
But...after I look back at my previous photo of myself and how far I did until today, I know I need to continue with my healthy diet, tough I would reward myself with my comfort food once in a while.

This is me at my heaviest,61kg.

5 months passed, I dropped to 56kg.
Another 6kg to go..Will need to have much faith and  a bit more endurance to get back to my old shape again.
I disciplined myself to work-out three times a week.Drew help me a lot on how to get better technic  and lose more weight when doing exercise. *and diet tips too, which is so simple yet it takes courage to start ditching most of the carbs*. Other than the cardio work out from the studio, I do cardio Zumba from the dvd at home. Two times at studio and once self-exercise at home.Next I planned to make exercise as my routine,20 mins per day with different work out.

Exercising makes me happy, it makes me feel good and less anxiety.It really helps me to become greater person in me.

My current project is...

..A crochet clutch but with a twist of beautiful pattern/stitch which I just learnt  last week.A Mermaid Tears aka Crocodile stitch crochet!
I joined the last minutes CAL(Crochet-A -Long) contest which was organized by my favorite crocheter, Aisyah Helga.
As soon as I finished one of my friend's order I know I need to take a break for a week before proceed to start another order.
I was so excited to learn  new pattern, it looks complicated*at the first sight* but once you know how to do it, it's actually quite simple and easy to follow.Since I only had 2 more days to go*minus the three days practicing and there're errors here and there*,
Finally I completed a small clutch with the requested pattern!

I am happy enough to be able to join the contest and again congratulation to the winners!You guys deserve to win with those gorgeous colors combination and perfect craft-work!

This blanket can be use even without the air-conditioner due on how it has been design.* Great insulation*
