My fitness journey with Core Reactor Studio...

 That's me..doing the plank.
1st time managed to hold on for 32 seconds, 2nd time :43seconds 3rd :53 s and finally my current record is 1 mins in 3 seconds. It does looks super easy but when I started to do it..it takes more effort than what I expected to be.

The 1st group session. I m the one with yellow shirt*but not the one who did the kick boxing, she's rock!:)*..

Another group session and it's getting merrier!
10 different exercise, 1 minutes each and three repetition!
Luckily the background music was great and upbeat, it took my mind away from the pain  and try my best to keep on going till the last  repetition .*well almost...*

Prescription for sluggishness and flabbiness is...

Toning up!!

Yes I started to join a Core program exercise at our local gym studio.I commited myself for 3 months training session.

Don't expect me to be skinny minny after the program ends as my aim only wanna tone up my whole figure and acheiving some extra energy so that I can do more activity in my daily life.I don't do diet, only try my best to eat moderately. Now I m at the 7th session of the work out program and surprise surprise...I finally fit my old jeans again and my butt looks sexy fit than ever! The power of core fitness.

The first order Part 1..

Finally I agreed to open up a custom order for a friend.
A toddler sweater made from wool, angora and acrylic yarns.
A sweet and girly sweater for her 9 months old baby with butterfly applique at the top. This should fit her girl for another 1 or 2 years.
It took me for about two weeks to complete this one since this is my first time on making children sweater.
Can't wait the second order item to finish, hope it would complete within this week.
