It's a Miracle!!

My first plan for this morning was actually wanted to upload a few current pixs from my Sony but ends up reading other mama's blog.
I caught one post from this amazing mommy sharing her experience towards her Water birth pregnancy and her breastfeeding experience to her adorable newborn.

Their stories deeply touched me in so many way.How miraculously for a woman to be able to bear a child and feed the child from her own body..
I remembered when the nurse brought Ava to my lap right after the delivery and that was our first time ever bonding together after nearly 10 months she was in my womb.Those memory is precious to be kept.

A child carries her mother's love with her always. Like a precious keepsake kept close to her heart.

Diaper change Drama...

Putting a diaper to Ava on preparation for night time usually is a bit tricky. 

After putting the fitted diaper on her, she would jumped from the bed and ran around the house half naked.

 

After awhile we managed to catch her and put on the wool cover then she jumped out again and running as fast as she could!!!! 

After nearly half an hour chasing her around,

Fitted -checked !

Wool -checked!

Jumpsuit -checked! 

At last she's completed!!

First time mommy tied her hair up..

September Updates

1. Ava got hit by a high fever at the early months but she's well recovered by the next three days.
2. A week holiday at Sabah.
3. Travelling by road from Kota Kinabalu to Tawau. Up to 8 hrs long drive.
4. Ava had been picking up some words during our holiday :
                                                      a. Where's it?
                                                      b.Watsdis? (What is this?)
                                                      c.Wek up plis.(Wake up please)
                                                      d. Amen....
5.I learned  and experimented a few recipes to serve on our daily days.
6. I 'm putting on weight!(It's no surprise as I was not able to restrain  myself each time passed by at the King  Apple Donut)
7. 3 pieces of my diapers are sent to their new home.
8. I promised myself to stop buying anymore baby/toddler carriers but..... a ring sling just arrived at our doorstep yesterday and...... I made fairly a big decision on getting another SSC. The SSC is simply stunning to me thus I cannot restrict myself not to have it!!Thanks to a lovely mama who helped me to score it!  Will be waiting for the arrival of it on the next 2 weeks to come.
I am suddenly a fan of TBW(The Baby Wearer) and MBW(Malaysia Baby Wearer)!! but as for now,would only stick to MBW since my Paypal still not working out!(Which indeed a blessing in disguise). But no more shopping for the time being as I am now temporary penniless!!
9. I just realized my conduct on using and writing English language somehow is getting even poorer,that's why I haven't update my blog for quite sometimes.Need to do some improvement on that!
10. This whole month I keep on thinking...
"It's gone all way wrong and it need to be fix but not to be ignored.
Somehow many people already felt heartbroken in silent."

I am totally all over crazy this whole week!!!Saying that whenever  I am feeling depressed, I would make a decision that would totally blow out my mind!!! I never have  done any drastic decision on something like this. I hope all would go well in the end...finger crossed!!

Kari Terjun!!

Lunch menu for today. Kari Ayam Terjun!!hehehe..why it's terjun?

 

Because I only use an instant curry sauce packet.

Mix with carrots and brinjals.

Ta-da...Ready to be serve after 30 minutes....

If you're wondering why the curry doesn't look like one, I purposely put more on the coconut milk to make the taste less hot. 

Adding the side dish of lemon + olive oil + some red chillis with soy sauce. 

Yummeh!!

Back!!!

Finally after a week of  holiday at our hometown, Sabah..the three of us arrived safely to our "home sweet home" Miri today at 11 p.m..phewww..
It's an indeed a long journey, a few hours of  transit at Kota Kinabalu after afternoon flight from Tawau  then finally  flew to Miri by 9.21 pm....
Our little Ava learned a lot during this period of holiday and thank God for the smooth road trip from Kota Kinabalu to Tawau. Ava slept a few times during the journey which made our trip quiet easy to manage.

We happened to bump with hubby's secondary school friend (Halle) and her husband at the airport with their 2 months old baby and her names is Ines Safiyyah ! After ages they didn't meet each other and  found out that both our baby's got the almost similar middle name, Ava Sophia and Ines Safiyyah, it just caught the four of us on spellbound!!

And Halle is a proud owner of Ergo SSC. Looking at the carrier in actionin front of my eyes making me a bit tempted on trying the Ergo..(calculating what's left from the holiday)....

My Not So good Condition..

After landed to my Home Sweet Home Sabah...I've been geeting headache and stomach ache which making me uncomfortable to do any sight seeing but still I managed to get a few pieces of discounted stuff at One Borneo, hehe....
Hoping that my health would be getting better anytime soon otherwise how will I take care a 13 months old toddler for a 10 hours long drive later this week???

Recover....I am so happy!!!

My poor girl, she has been bitten by high fever since early Saturday morning.

Her rising temperature made us jumped to our feet and rushed to the clinic at 2 a.m in the morning. We gave her a dose of fever medication and made our way to the ER. On the way to the ER Ava vomited and not before long I can see her dinner and the medication served  on our shirts ..She had her own spare of cloth but mummy ends up being shirtless... so half way to the ER I have to be "shirtless" lucky it was 2 am in the morning, otherwise I could  cause serious traffic mishaps. To remedy the situation I wrap Ava's ringsling around me like a tube and put on my nursing poncho.

A prescription of antibiotic made Ava vomiting all over again(and she refused to take any medication) and it left us no choice to nurse her without any medical prescription. 

Checking at her temperature every half an hour, wiped her body every hours and kept on giving water to drink(every time need to make sure  her diapers were flooded with her pees, if it's flooded then its a good sign that her temperature was going down.)
Her temperature kept on going up and down !!! but still in the fever zone, which made us quiet concerned.

The routine had been going on for 3 days and 2 nights.( You can imagine how hubby and I were dealing with this.)

 Finally by yesterday, her fever became mild and so far until today her temperature is back to normal again. During this period, Ava refused to sleep in the sarong or on the bed and instead she sleeps in her Link A Do. Luckily we have not stored away her Link A Do cos after she start walking she don't really like to sit in the rocking chair.
