Forty -TwoThings That Change When You Have A Baby

Noted : This article was taken from the www.babycenter.com :

What changes when you have a baby? A better question may be: What doesn't change? Here, writer and mom Rebecca Woolf lists her most notable post-baby observations. Then scroll down to read our favorite comments from readers about how their babies changed their lives.

1. You finally stop to smell the roses, because your baby is in your arms.

(Ya last time I always want somebody to give me roses, now I don't need any roses 'cos Ava with her rosy cheek and her baby scent is so soothing and makes you giggle with joy inside. And you just never know if the rose is sprayed with pesticides which could get to my baby through me. )

2. Where you once believed you were fearless, you now find yourself afraid. [See a reader's perspective in #22, below.]
( Sometimes I would become paranoid over something which is not necessary to be worry off)

3. The sacrifices you thought you made to have a child no longer seem like sacrifices.

4. You respect your body ... finally. ( Hmmm..yeah for the health concerns )

5. You respect your parents and love them in a new way. (Noted : "Respect and love in a new way". Now, I am more firm and explicit in what I believe its true and not just following what people wants me to do on behalf their expectation, at the same time, I respect them for who they are.)

6. You find that your baby's pain feels much worse than your own.
(This is totally true, when Ava's having a fever, I felt like every part of my body is stiffing and extra tired )

7. You believe once again in the things you believed in as a child.

8. You lose touch with the people in your life whom you should have banished years ago.

9. Your heart breaks much more easily. ( Oh yes, totally.)

10. You think of someone else 234,836,178,976 times a day.

11. Every day is a surprise. ( The first laugh, the first fist, the first rolling, the first kick...everything feel like a magic!)

12. Bodily functions are no longer repulsive. In fact, they please you. (Hooray for poop!) ( Stay healthy and avoid depression, its just going to slow down your energy. )

13. You look at your baby in the mirror instead of yourself.

14. You become a morning person. ( which is a still struggle for me )

15. Your love becomes limitless, a superhuman power.
